Brad Walker’s social media presence really made him stand out to us. We watched a few of his videos on market analysis specific to our area and were impressed with his knowledge of our community. We also loved his sales videos on other properties he had listed. He seemed to really put a lot of work into selling other homes which was commendable - especially when it maybe wasn’t as necessary in a sellers market. We felt he would work hard to “sell” our home rather than just “list” our home.

He ensured that our home would look as good as possible in the photos, and from viewing other listings where the home owner and/or agent didn't pay attention to detail during the staging, and might result in less interest for showings and potentially lower offers. He provided up to date market conditions for our city and specifically our neighbourhood that ensured our asking price was reflected the ever changing market conditions. We were extremely happy with Brad's professionalism when answering our many questions and representing us during the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home.
