Brad went beyond normal expectations and got the job done.

Brad has helped us with our real estate needs since 2008. He has helped with our home purchase and investment properties, we trust him. When we had questions Brad would call, not an assistant or secretary. He was always available, very knowledgeable and we would never use another realtor..

Brad is my go-to for trusted real estate advice in Redding. His knowledge base and understanding of the market has been invaluable to me. He is super easy to work with, responsive, and just an over all great guy.

I had to sell my house due to the death of my spouse. Brad was incredibly kind, sensitive and supportive during the entire process. He went above and beyond a realtor's responsibilities by meeting friends and family to pick up items when I had already moved to the Bay Area. He also met with the consignment company twice to schedule the pick up of my furniture and cleaned the front porch, back patio and vacuumed the inside of the house since I wasn't there to do it. I highly recommend him as a highly knowledgeable, experienced professional. I am very grateful for all of the help I received from him during the most difficult time of my life.

Brad helped us find the PERFECT place. We had looked at this home on line but rejected it. Brad convinced us to take a look at it was exactly what we were looking for.

We have been buying and selling homes for 20 years. We have rentals in Redding, and also spent time flipping houses. Brad has been by our side for nearly every transaction. He has educated us through the years about types of siding, a good roof versus bad, how water flows well or not, how age effects price, etc. I would not buy or sell a home in this area without Brad! I have, and will continue, to recommend Brad Garbutt for your real estate needs.

Brad was the perfect realtor for us. He accommodated our damanding schedule and was able to show us every property we wanted to see within a very narrow time frame. Brad has expert knowledge of the Redding area and what kind of issues to watch out for. We trusted Brad's advice and knowledge which made selecting a property easy. He was also very welcoming and provided us with a lot of knowledge about the community. We would highly recommend Brad for an honest realtor with excellent communication.
