Brandi is the absolute BEST! There's no one else I would ever go with when finding and selling a property. She is beyond professional, kind, courteous, available to help 24/7, and goes above and beyond for you. This is my third time using Brandi for a sale and I was yet to be disappointed. Thank you so much Brandi!!

I met Brandi Oakes through a good friend. I told him I was looking into buying a home and I wasn’t having any luck after speaking with a few realtors. He told me that he knew someone that could definitely help me. And he was right. After meeting Brandi I could see that she knew what she was doing and she was very professional and passionate about her job. And when I told her that I wanted her to help me find a home she got the ball rolling immediately. Sending me pictures of homes and keeping me updated every step of the way. At one point I was ready to give up because as a first time homebuyer I had no clue on how the process worked. But she was right there encouraging me to hang in there and she assured me that we would find a home and so would get me in it. She even reached out to a friend by the name of Kellie LaMonaca. Who is also great at what she does. And together they got me in my first home. I would definitely recommend Brandi Oakes to all of my family and friends.

Brandi was amazing she was super helpful when selling our house. I definitely will use her again if or when we move back to Indiana.

Brandi Oakes is an outstanding agent to work with. It was a pleasure working with her, she was very patient and understanding throughout the search and purchase process. Brandi's attention to detail and communication skills are top notch - she diffently knows how to bring it all together and make it happen ! Thank you Brandi !

Purchasing a home requires a professional in the real estate industry and Brandi Oakes was stellar! Brandi's professionalism along with knowledge of the market confirmed I had a top notch realtor in guiding me through the complex process. As the buyer, I would highly recommend using her because her skills resulted in my dream home. Further, it is rare to find someone honest who takes time in pointing out details that someone not in the industry would know. Brandi's patience of explaining the details combined with her humble spirit eased my worries about such a big purchase. Thank you, Brandi, for being a rockstar realtor!

Brandi was absolutely amazing to work with when selling our home! She made my husband and I feel very comfortable and not like a commission. We had met with another realtor first who made us feel like we were simply a dollar sign. Brandi was kind, relatable, patient and a fantastic realtor!
