Brenda Davis

Brenda Davis was highly recommended by a family member whose opinion I trust. My experience with her proves that she deserved the highest recommendation. Brenda was in constant contact with me during the time when the interested buyer had problems getting approval from his lender. She was able to help the buyer get approval from another lender, allowing us to get the deal closed. When we first spoke, I told Brenda that I was recently widowed and would have to complete the house sale alone. I told her that I needed someone to "hold my hand" through the sale. She did exactly that! Brenda is a caring, excellent professional.

Brenda Davis exceeded my expectations. From the beginning of the search for my new home until closing, she was available to help around the clock. She is actually still assisting me as I prepare to move! Brenda made sure I had the opportunity to see every home that piqued my interest. She pointed out issues I didn't notice, asked the tough questions I was reluctant to ask and negotiated on my behalf. I appreciate her knowledge and expertise in every area of real estate including home inspections. I can't think of a better advocate in this important home buying process.
