Brenda DeVore was amazing - start to finish. I inherited this house from parents, so she treated it in a very special manner. It was a very challenging market, and it took almost 2 years to find the buyer with the right offer. Brenda stuck with me 100%. I live 4 hours away, so to get there to check on things was sometimes a problem. Brenda went by at least once every 2 weeks, more often in the winter, to check on the property and let me know of condition. Her marketing efforts with the virtual staging and outreach were remarkable. She does a thorough report monthly to her mailing list to update on market. Brenda Devore is an exceptional realtor to work with. She kept my husband and I informed on when any showings were scheduled and what the feed back was from the prospective buyer said. We put our home on the market early in December which isn't typically the best time of year to do that. A wonderful lady that has good knowledge of her business, a good sense of humor and is a Christian.

The market was horrible while we were trying to sell our home, but Brenda's honesty and knowledge of the area and market were critical to us finally being able to sell while many homes in the area were not being sold. It would have been easy to "put us on the back burner" or ignore us. But she didn't. She always kept us informed and kept the property up well for us (cleaning, lawn service) since we had moved 5 hours away. I especially appreciated the fact that she constantly kept us updated by text, phone, or email as to what was going on pretty much on a weekly basis.
