Brent did a great job and showed me several homes. He was always available to help you. Very knowledgeable and you can count on him to do his best for his clients.

Brent Simpson is a TOP RATED real estate salesman in every way. We would recommend him anytime.

Thanks to his kindness and sense of humor, Brent Simpson is very pleasant to work with. He is especially knowledgeable about real estate and he goes over and above in making a sale. We are very grateful to him for his hard work on getting our property sold.

Brent Simpson is highly recommended to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. He is very knowledgeable of the real estate process and provided excellent advice on how best to prepare our house for the market. We were always treated as if we were his primary client and communication was excellent!

Our family has bought and sold property previously through Brent and appreciated the relationship we had with him which was based on his commitment to help us find the property that would make us happy rather than selling us something. We knew from our interactions with Brent that he was looking out for our interests. It was very comforting to us to know that Brent offered us a transparent, caring professional relationship and was always willing to go the extra mile to find answers to our questions and be available to us. It has been a blessing to have him on our team. Brent took care of everything. He worked long, late hours to make sure everything was handled in a prompt, professional, and caring manner. He took care of details that never occurred to us and we are confident, he looked out for us even when we were unaware of all the ways he managed our interests so that we eventually found the best home possible for us. This is the area where Brent deserves his own Oscar or Grammy or appropriate professional recognition. He has worked for us on various real estate transactions for several years and most of those did not result in any tangible rewards for his efforts. While we tested his patience and endurance like children who thought he had no other life except in service to our wants and needs, he is always available, friendly, and endlessly diplomatic. Pat Badgett worked with us on our open house and other aspects our relationship with Century 21 Simpson& Associates. Everyone we encountered in the office, on the phone, or in other capacities was always friendly and helpful. I would be happy to recommend this office and Brent Simpson to anyone and everyone who needs their services. We have tremendous respect for Brent and the entire staff/ownership of Century 21 Simpson & Associates.
