Breta was so patient with our questions and remained very positive and supportive as our goals evolved.

We were coming from out of state and only knew we wanted to look at this house. Breta was on time, very attentive and answered all our questions that we had. If she did not have an answer, she would call (while we were actually there at the house) the owners, to get us the information we had a question about. On our 6 hr drive back home after the showing - we were talking about the house and things in it. I had a question about a window in the kitchen. This was several hours after Breta had shown us the house. My wife called her to ask about this and she went out to the house again that "same day" to get an answer to our question. Her attention to detail and responsiveness is second to none. We were so glad we were able to work with Breta during this latest adventure. She is now more than an agent to us, she definitely would be considered a friend.
