Brett Mccauley

Brett did a fantastic job getting us into our new house in Escondido! Excellent representation as a buyer. He made the process smooth from searching to property to executing closing. Great rapport with the sellers agent helped through the process. Firm and clear expectations communicated to the seller. Negotiated for a 2-1 buydown which was a lifesaver with escalating mortgage rates. Reachable always. Travelled to make the deal work. Closed ahead of schedule. Recommend to both buyers and sellers as top notch agent. Appreciate the hard work on getting a great deal on a beautiful home!
