Though we didn’t ultimately need marketing, we were impressed With Brett and Kim’s suggestions on staging, the character of the local market specific to our home and their opinion on price that would meet our needs as well as most likely effect a timely sale. We were impressed with their depth of knowledge in regard to real estate trends in the area.
