Kim and Brett were excellent. We had a death in my family and shortly after our new born had to go back to the hospital for a few days. It was tough time for us and we were expected to close on a house as well as put out current home up for sale. Kim and Brett made the purchase of the new home by arranging the close at the hospital where our son was. Shortly there after we receive an above asking price for our other home the day it went up for sale. Everything worked out well and we couldn't be happier. I would recommend Brett and Kim to anyone.
