This is are 3rd home we have bought through Brian Berland he is on the ball always answering calls regardless if it's a late evening call or on a weekend. Genuinely a very kind and happy guy who we feel loves his job and really knows Ravalli County and the Bitterroot valley.

Brian helped our family find a reasonable priced home in Montana. Brian worked tirelessly with a the back and forth of the deal as a professional Realtor. We really appreciate all the hard work that Brian did to make our buying experience easy. Thank you.

Brian was instrumental in helping me find my first home. As a new homebuyer, I had many questions about the process, and he answered all of them, making everything simple to understand. He provided us with great options to consider and was also open to showing us any homes we discovered.
