Recommendation
Brian Colombrito was recommended to me by a lady who manages a handyman service. She insisted he was top notch and she had worked with him regarding other properties. He proved to be very helpful from the beginning. I had a home I needed to sell "as is" because of extensive damages. He evaluated the property and gave me his honest assessment. In the end, the home sold within a short time and I feel I received a fair deal. The process went very smoothly as I lived in another state. I would certainly recommend him to others.
