Brian was so helpful throughout the entire process from finding the right home and community, communicating with the builder and even throughout closing. Brian sent us 3 or 4 personalized walk through videos when we were deciding which home to buy and also during construction.

Quite professional and on top of whole process.

Brian was very professional, responded to all questions and requests quickly, paid close attention to our needs, provided third party home inspections to ensure quality construction that met our expectations, and was encouraging throughout the entire process from buying the lot to moving in to our new home. Thank you so much for your help.

We were incredibly fortunate to have partnered with Brian through the selling process of our home. He has incredible knowledge of the market and handled every aspect of our sale. Astout professional, led us through the negotiations with respect to our best interests and ensured that we got te most value out of our home. Would highly recommend Brian to anyone looking to sell or buy a home!

Brian kept us informed every step of the way and went above and beyond checking on our house while it was being built.

Brian is the best. He communicated well with us, keeping us informed and updated every step of the process. We would recommend him without hesitation!

Brian helped prepare our home to sell by getting an appraisal to be competitively priced, home inspection prior to listing and made necessary repairs. The home was listed in best condition possible. Held open houses and networked with other realtors. He negotiated a deal and assisted greatly in the sale and closing of our home. We appreciate his help.

Brian Elder was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process of searching for a house. I highly recommend him for anyone looking for a realtor that is professional, responsive, knowledgeable, honest and kind. I was fortunate enough to find him, on Youtube, via his channel "Arizona Dreamin". I can't say enough great things about him. Brian was/is amazing!
