Brian went above and beyond for us. He is extremely knowledgeable about the area and helped us learn the hat we were really looking for. We plan on staying in touch in case we have to sell someday in the future.

He came highly recommended and laid out plan day one which made me confident in my selection to use Brian. He was very personable, professional and understood my requirements. Awesome selling espierence. House sold in 2 days. Record breaking sales price for the development. I couldn't have asked for a better selling expierence. Brian is absolutely the best at what he does!! Thank you so much! Best agent I could have hired. Always available for questions and always got back to me immediately. Always friendly and patient. Was guided through the process flawlessly.

Brian is a fantastic broker. He was an amazing guide on this crazy journey. Losing a loved one is overwhelming enough and then you realize you have to take care of the real estate left behind. We appreciate Brian for taking the guess work out of this and always having our best interests at heart. He listed this property, and closed on it so quickly. We are in awe and forever grateful!

Brian was very pleasant on our first meeting. He listened to everything we said. He did the price point right there in our living room and the price we settled on was spot on. We even got $$ above the asking price! He answered every phone call and text, and was a gentlemen every step of the process. We are big fans! We have moved several times and this was the best experience by far. I checked EXCELLENT because it was true for all points.

Brian has worked with my family a few times before and I knew that he had my best interests in mind throughout this entire process. I'm a first time home owner and was nervous for this process, but Brian was extremely reliable and knowledgeable. Brian went above and beyond from the very beginning to the very end. He was smart, accessible, understanding, and kept me sane throughout the process. I valued his opinion and advice and he was always honest with me. He is simply a genuine person who listened and helped. Brian is the absolute best and I will recommend him for years to come!

Nothing, Brian is outstanding

Best. Agent. Ever. Brian Lichtenthal was truly an extraordinary agent. We felt extremely comfortable with his knowledge, experience, and advice. He kept us informed on what was happening every step of the way and ensured no surprises. I could reach him anytime and he was always ready to help. Since we moved far away before our house was listed and sold, Brian really had to go above and beyond to ensure things got done - from shepherding the town inspections to accompanying contractors into the house for minor repairs, he made sure it all got done. He got us well above asking price in a market that had cooled. By the end of the transaction, Brian felt like a friend in addition to an excellent agent.

Brian was amazing!! We would have never sold our house if it wasn’t for Brian. Anyone thinking of selling their home should use you. You went above and beyond days, nights, weekends to help us close. I’m still in shock we got our house closed with all the obstacles and hurdles. No other agent would have done what you did. You are truly an exceptional agent that cared more about us then the deal itself which is extremely rare. We truly felt that we were your only clients and you were always working in our best interest regardless of the outcome if we sold or not. Over the past few years we have purchased and sold homes and NEVER had an agent that put us first. You became part of our family. Thank you for all of your hard work we can’t express how much gratitude we have for you and your team. Without a doubt there is no question Brian Lichtenthal is a top agent.
