Brian helped us work through a situation with an appraiser who completed an appraisal with errors which consequently resulted in a lower value for our home. He worked with the other agent, title company and appraisal firm to have the errors corrected. When needed he put in a 36 hour day in order to make sure our home sold at the correct price.
