Stephanie Paicely* Century 21 has had an outstanding reputation over the years, that's why I decided to go with your company. Brian Wayman proved it. Brian Wayman made the difference in what could have been a long stressful venture. I hope all of your Century 21 Realtors are as experienced and informative as he was. Because I consider the company only as good as their employees that represent them. First impressions are relevant. I will also recommend your company Century 21 Scheetz,to family and friends. Brian "The Ninja" Wayman is the only realtor I would consider.

Brian handled a somewhat complicated home sale with success. He handled multiple issues quickly and professionally. His communication was top notch, the best I have received. I cannot rate Brian highly enough to reflect his valuable efforts. I recommend Brian Wayman highly!

Brian Wayman did a great job finding me homes that met my criteria. He was extremely patient and very good at explaining things as the process went along. This was my first time buying a home and he moved things along perfectly knowing my timeline. I would highly recommend Brian to anyone looking for a home and when the time comes to sell and buy another one I will use him again.

As first time home buyers, Brian went above and beyond anything that we had expected from a realtor. We never felt pressured to buy a house, and he always kept our budget and house wishlist in mind. He was always available when we had questions, and he was very patient with us. Along with creating a great home buying experience, he was able to provide us with a great financial institution for our mortgage, as well as a contractor to make some necessary repairs post-inspection. I would highly recommend Brian in the future.
