Brain understood our needs and quick move time. We found Brain through our Navy Federal Home Buying Program. He was everything we wanted in a realtor. We were on a time crunch and he met us every step of the way. We were lucky to have Brian!

When we first started looking for a realtor, we wanted to make sure that we found someone who was truly experienced and competent. Brian is both in spades! He was a constant source of wisdom in a process that can be overwhelming. Moreover, he went above and beyond to communicate regularly and help us find the right first home. I'm happy to recommend him to anyone and everyone and would love the opportunity to work with him again in the future!

I knew Brian Wayman from the property purchase and felt he was honest and upfront about the various properties I looked at. When it came time to sell, 9 years later, I knew Brain was the person to call. He had kept in touch during this time as well. Since I was out of town, Brian went above and beyond to follow up with various details of the sale. I highly recommend Brian since he does not hesitate to jump in and take care of things and make expert suggestions as needed.

Brian helped us find our first home ! A memory we will never forget ! We owe a lot of it to Brian for his help through the process ! We won't go through anyone else in the future !

Brian is very professional, knowledgeable, and also treats you like family! He is always available and truly looks out for your best interest. He sold our previous home and helped guide us through a new build. Working with Brian was smooth and stress free. I will be recommending Brian to all my friends and family!

Brian was phenomenal throughout our buying process! He is extremely knowledgeable of the local market and very professional from start to finish! We felt 100% confident that he would handle any and all issues that arose during the build of our new home. Brian is not only a superb agent but a great friend as well.
