Brian was active and present right from the start, but was really able to shine when I started running into problems with my initial lender. We ran into a roadblock near closing, and I was sure the purchase was going to fall through. Brian reacted with the professionalism and urgency needed to get things done. Had the deal fallen through, I would have continued working with Brian, but with the help of Brian and his network we were able to close a deal I'm not sure another broker would have been able to navigate.

Very pleased with Brian as a realtor for us. Couldn't ask for better.

I don’t really know what else to say about Brian because I basically Said it all in the previous questions. I just don’t see how there could Be any realtor better than Brian and the Weiland Team!!! Plain and simple!!!

Was very happy with the work Brian and his team did. They were always very helpful and took the time to explain things. They were never to busy to talk. They will cut through the bull and be straight with you. I find it very hard now a days to find somebody that will give it to you straight. It was refreshing to deal with Brian and his team that were always on the up and up.
