As a first-time homebuyer, I really appreciated Bridgett Goins' kind, personal attention helping me locate and purchase the perfect home to fit my specific needs. I had a lot of questions – to say the least – and she was always very helpful in answering them. I'm now writing this from my cozy mountain home that I absolutely adore! Thanks, Bridgett!

Bridgett is my go-to for all things real estate. She's knowledgeable of our market and does a fantastic job with her listings and valuations of property. I never have to worry if she's getting her job done, because she always is, and she's as trustworthy as they come. Bridgett has been a good family friend for a long time, but she is also wonderful to do business with. She is a joy to be around, but she is also the consummate professional. There is no doubt that we will continue to do business together. Thanks, Bridgett!

We worked with Bridgett on the purchase of our first cabin. She went above and beyond working on this purchase, spending many hours working with the seller's agent making sure we got the best deal possible. If we ever decide to purchase another cabin we'll be sure to use Bridgett.

Bridgett was very knowledgeable about the house I was selling considering she was the selling agent when we purchased the house 8 yrs ago. She was a tremendous help in explaining all the aspects of the selling process and she communicated with me every step of the way. Bridgett was always availble to anser my questions. I felt very comfortable working with Bridgett. I felt like she truly cared about my interests and not just making a sale. I woul;d highly recommend Bridgett Goins.

One of the most annoying components of working with any type of agency can be a lack of communications. Bridgett is stellar at communicating. It was so valuable to have a knowledgeable agent to walk along side us through the complexities of selling a home. Our sale could have been delayed or jepordized due to the lack of attention to detail and deadlines on behalf of the buyer's agent. Bridgett interceded and kept the process advancing in the interest of both us as sellers and on behalf of the buyers who had more important deadlines to meet than us. Bridgett has earned our deepest trust.

We had a great experience working with Bridgett and would recommend her to anyone looking in the TN area.

When I say Bridgett went above and beyond that is not an understatement. The lengths she went to because we are out of the area were extraordinary. We love working with Bridgett because she's honest, transparent, a great communicator and she truly loves what she does. She is not looking for the easy way out and your best interest is her priority.

She had 3 showings lined up before we signed the sale agreement and called 2 days later to inform us about two separate offers
