Bridgett Goins was an excellent broker to work with. She had an in-depth knowledge of the Pidgeon Forge/Gatlinburg area and was quick to pick up on the types of properties I was interested in. Bridgett went above an beyond to help in overseeing the inspection of the property and the repairs that followed so I would highly recommend her to anyone interested in purchasing property in Sevier County.

My husband and I worked with Bridgett Goins in the process of buying our first home. While we had a general idea of what we were looking for, her guidance and wisdom helped us narrow our focus and find what would end up being our dream home. Bridgett walked us through each part of the process, patiently answering our endless questions-- as redundant as they may have been. We appreciated her dedication to our search and her tenacity in fighting for our best interest. We are so thankful that she was recommended to us and recommend her in a heartbeat!

Bridgett has an exceptional can do attitude to ensure your best interests are represented. She was instrumental in making sure there were no hidden pitfalls in the entire process. Her knowledge and expertise was evident from the start. She worked hard to guarantee my best interests were represented at all times. I would highly recommend Bridgett. Bruce Reed

We were looking for a broker that has great local knowledge in the area and was able to select properties with specification that we are looking for within our price range. Bridgett was great to work with and was very helpful with any questions and concern we have through the process. Thank you for finding us the dream cabin we were looking for and negotiated the deal with all parties so we can close the deal. Thank again for all of your help from the beginning to the end of the entire process.
