We originally contacted Brittany because she had a house listed that we were interested in viewing. The home we were interested in was already contingent. I had never met Brittany and for awhile we just emailed back and forth regarding properties. She was always very patient and knowledgeable, but never seemed pushy. Brittany wrote a very detailed and enticing description of our previous home taking into account everything we told her and/or showed her when she came to see it for the very first time. She listened to us and took notes on what we told her as we walked her through our previous home. She was very patient the entire time and very helpful with all our questions. Brittany even went above and beyond by advertising our home as the feature home in the newspaper and brought a new sign to our home the very next day after one was damaged even though our home was already contingent. I could not ask for a better realtor! Brittany always went above and beyond. She made phone calls and sent emails that she did not necessarily have to do just to save us time and eliminate stress. I do not believe all realtors would have done this. She always got back to us quickly with everything and was willing to answer any questions or explain something more if needed. She was always understanding of our concerns and very patient with us! She was also very professional and I trusted her the entire time with everything! Brittany suggested a price that was accurate and we sold our home for asking price. We originally listed slightly higher than Brittany said and then lowered it a coupled weeks later. When we went with her suggestion we started to get more showings and a week or so later got the offer we accepted.
