Brittany Mclaughlin was a joy to work with. Over the past 40 years I have bought and sold properties here in Bay county and I can honestly say this was the easiest purschase transaction I have ever done. Also, I am now working with Brittany on selling a property we have. Definately will refer family and friends.

When we decided to sell our rental house it made sense to use the same realty company that managed the rental for so many year's. Brittany and Ryan Realty did an excellent job of recommending a solid sales price based on area comparisons and discussing how to get the most for our house. Marketing the house was excellent and we had numerous offers in a very short time. Brittany got the offers to us quickly, understood that we weren't interested in low ball offers from investor's or flippers and helped us understand the area market. Brittany also coordinated several repairs that were critical to us getting the sales price we expected and really stayed on top of everything for us. Overall, Brittany came through and exceeded our expectations!

Brittany McLaughlin did a great job for me! She was very responsive and very professional throughout the process. She has great local knowledge of our market, and offered helpful advice when needed. I would definitely hire Brittany if I ever need a realtor again.

Because the property for sale was out of state from where I live, excellent communication and marketing were a priority for me. Brittany fulfilled both of those and exceeded my expectations in all areas. Sometimes her turnaround was immediate and she handled every aspect of the transaction with professionalism making the out of state sale worry free. When she said something would get done it absolutely did. Her word was as good as gold. She takes her job to heart, she's dependable, she cares and it shows.

A professional, dedicated agent who worked tirelessly within my families complex property situation to complete a sale in a challenging seller's market.

over our 4 month journey looking for a condo again in PCB Brittany displayed a complete understanding of our needs and our schedule and made herself readily available to fit our time frames when in town. highly recommended and very very knowledgable

Brittany assisted us in finding our dream home. Once we found the perfect fit for us, she executed showing and putting in our offer very quickly! She was extremely knowledgeable and communicated with us through the entire process. She always knew answers to our questions and truly cared about our wellbeing on this venture. We were truly blessed to have such a wonderful and trustworthy realtor and could not have done this without her assistance. We highly recommend Brittany as a realtor and will trust her with our future home purchases. Thank you so much, Brittany!!!

Brittany has listed several properties for me and my husband over the last 3 years as well as representated us as buyers. Brittany is very professional, courteseous as well as "down to earth". She makes you feel like you are her only client. She directs all of her attention and knowledge on you as "buyer" or seller" to make sure that the acquisition/liquidation of ones interest is her 100% focus. As mentioned, we have used Brittany for all of our real estate ventures, with 100% satisfaction. She is our "go to girl" whenever the need arises. Thank you Brittany for all you have accomplished for my hsband and I over the past few years, living and doing business in Bay County. S & J

Brittany and I worked together when I originally purchased this home. She was amazing back then and was the only person I wanted to use when selling the house! Brittany is very professional and knows how things work in the biz. She is the best at going back and forth with all parties involved. Brittany is also awesome at making things easy to understand as a buyer and as a seller. 10 outta 10! I will use her again if I buy in her area!
