Brock was excellent in walking me through the process of the sale. I had reservations about posting immediately due to my business being open at the property. He was able to come up with a plan to slowly post my site until I was comfortable selling the property openly. After an adequate "quiet campaign" to try and find a local buyer, we opened the listing to all and quickly got an offer over my asking price. Once the offers were in, choosing the correct offer was also greatly assisted by Brock. He helped review the pros/cons of each offer and craft a counter offer to get the best scenario for my needs. Communication throughout the sale process was superb and all my questions and concerns were addressed. We closed without an issue and I couldn't be more pleased.
