I would recommend Brooke Cabrera to anyone who is seriously interested in buying a home. She brings a wealth of knowledge to the business. She understands the needs of the seller and is prompt to respobd to all communication. Since there were three of us buying the property, she had to work with all of us, which she did with patience and kindness. Having Brooke with us to go through the process gave me reassurance that everything would go through in a timely manner. I would definitely use her again if they need ever arises.

Brooke was so patient and understanding. We moved from out of state and she did everything to help us find the perfect neighborhood for our family. She knew what we wanted and worked hard to make sure the homes we saw were what we wanted.

We couldn't of asked for a better agent. Brooke Cabrera was awesome from start to finish. We were from MN looking for a home in the Macon, Byron, Warner Robins area. Being so far away from the home we were in the process of purchasing made it hard at times, but she was there for us, wanting to make sure that everything was taken care of. We only saw the house once and then again just before the closing. She helped us with making sure things were fixed after the inspection, answering all our questions, finding out the answers if she didn't know, picking up our mail, making sure the carpets were cleaned before we moved in. She went above and beyond. She was also very nice, knowledgeable and professional. We highly recommend her.

Brooke did an excellent job in selling my property. She is a most competent agent, very knowledgeable and professional. The only reason I would not call on her again to sell property would be that I have moved out of the area. I would certainly recommend her to someone who needed to sell a house.
