Since I didn't really know what I wanted when I started, Bruce showed me a variety of properties. Due to his experience and home construction knowledge, he saw and pointed out to me problems that I never would have noticed. When we did find the right place, he negotiating a fantastic deal. He had great contacts to help me find lender, insurer, inspectors. I was a complete novice and could not have done it without his help. On top of all of that, Bruce is just a really genial, fun guy to hang out with. I kind of miss hanging out with him!
