My transaction was done entirely by long distance. To suppliment the photos on the website, Bruce walked the property, taking videos as he did so, while it was pouring down reain. (I could hear the rain over his narration.) I had numerous queation and Bruce did the legwork to get the answers for me. He was also helpful with the escrow process.

I’ve known Bruce for years, and he’s hands down the best realtor to work with. His strong networking abilities and knowledge of different types of properties made the buying and selling process simple. He always ensures you get exactly what you want with no surprises along the way. Bruce has helped me both find and sell acreage, and honestly, if it weren’t for his help, I’d probably still be trying to sell my last property. He’s easy to work with, incredibly reliable, and genuinely cares more about building relationships with his clients than just making a sale. I always recommend Bruce when someone needs to find or sell property.

Working with Bruce F Kimsey is not only an interesting experienrece, it was a great time. The guy walked through the house one time. Looked around, went on the roof, went under the house. Drank the water out of the tap. Even knocked on the walls. Sang one song to hear if it had an echo. Then told me to buy it. Negotiated the price down a wonderful amount and it was done in 10 days. ***True Story

Bruce not only met expectations he exceeded them. He was straight forward and honest which is a must for a realtor. He was knowledgable and helpful in setting up inspections and was available To help us understand the outcome. I will be surely reaching out for services in the future.

BRUCE over did all my expectations. He is the best realtor I've ever worked with. He also went beyond his duties to help us ( we live miles away from the sale address). I highly recommend him to anyone.

Bruce was extremely helpful with his knowledge and guidance. He understood my situation and went above and beyond with his assistance.
