Bryan Burke

Bryan was an excellent broker, very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I was very happy and satisfied with Bryan's service and help.

While shopping for a new home, Bryan was very patient and accommodating. When we found the right home, he made sure we saw it the same day that it hit the market. That was crucial for the transaction. He provided comparables to ensure that I was properly educated when making an offer. The transaction went off without a hitch!

Bryan did extensive research of the area and provided a superior analysis of my property's value. This information was critical for maximizing showings and holding true to the property's value. Bryan is an exceptional communicator therefore he obtained feedback for every showing. Once under contract he was spot on with handling paperwork and closing details. I recommend Bryan Burke for his attention to detail, real estate knowledge, and communication skills to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.
