Caitlin Beaird

Caitlin is an exceptionally seasoned agent. Her local knowledge and attention to detail, from our first meeting until closing, was AMAZING. The professionalism and ability to communicate with us made the process seamless. Caitlin was dedicated to providing the highest quality of service and by far, exceeded our expectations. We are so grateful to have had her as our agent and appreciate her making this transition to Florida an easy one. You ROCK Caitlin!

Our transaction was more challenging than most due to us being out of state and having limited time to view properties. We were also doing a 1031 exchange so there were deadlines and things that had to happen before other things could. Caitlin was very patient and understanding and was very supportive and sensitive to our needs. She definitley went above and beyond the normal call of duty!

Caitlin was such a pleasure to work with during our quest for a new home. Always quick to respond and adjusting to our varying needs. We feel like Caitlin always had our back and was always doing everything in her power to help us find our home. Now here we are! Thanks Caitlin!! You rock!!
