Cammie handled a multitude of details. This sale was for my Dad's probate which was emotional for me and complicated given that the home was only 75% complete and in a very rural area. Cammie went above and beyond talking to county officials to determine which areas of the home had been completed regarding electric, septic, well, builder quotes, etc. Simply driving out to the property was nearly an hour each direction for her and she happily went out numerous times to meet with buyers and venders.
