Cara is excellent at her job. It's my first time buying a house so there was things that I had no knowledge about, but she took the time to explain to me everything that I didn't know or was unsure of. Cara's welcoming attitude made it very easy for me to pick up the phone and call or text her with any questions I had. She is very friendly and patient which made things easier during the time of finding the right house. I can't stop bragging to my family and friends about how good of a realtor I have. I have already started to recommend Cara and century 21 to friends and family members

Cara was recommended by a friend. I was nervous selling as I live across the country and had to sell the home of a deceased relative in AZ. I had such a great experience using Cara as a realtor. She was very knowledgeable in the selling process, was accessible, and went above and beyond to try to sell the house and it's furnishings. She and her team had many open houses for me even when the market was slow but she kept pushing for me. Cara put several items on Craigslist for me so that I wouldn't have to donate those items to charity that were in excellent condition. She came to the house a few times and would even bring clippers to trim around the entry to spruce it up! I truly appreciated all she did since I was not local and couldn't do much myself from miles away. Cara was a true gem and I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone selling/buying a home in the Phoenix area!
