Cara always friendly and responsive

Cara Shamks is the sweetest, hardest worker realtor I have met! Cars is very diligent and not only looks at you as a client but she has the ability to build lasting relationships even after the purchase of a home. It is clear to see that when dealing with Cara she genuinely cares and it radiates through her work. Cara listens closely to your needs and does her best to put you into a home and area to best suit the individual. If I am ever in search for another home or anyone I know, I will absolutely refer them to Cara Shamks at Century21 because I know wholeheartedly they would be dealing with one of the best realtor in Northeast Iowa! Cannot thank you enough Cara for all your help!

I loved working with Cara. She was very knowledgeable about the house buying process, and she never push A house on us that was more expensive than we wanted to spend. She was also very friendly all the time. I highly recommend her!

Cara was a friend of mine from high school and I knew she would be the perfect person to help us in our home buying process. She was extremely helpful throughout the process. It took us about 9 months from start to finish and she was patient with us the entire time. I would highly recommend working with Cara!

Loved working with cara she knew a lot and treated us like family. I thought we were being really annoying but she dealt with everything thing we came up with politely and in a caring way. She answered all the question we had in a timely manner. Couldnt have asked for a better person to have helped us find our home. She is great with kids. My kids loved to see her when we were looking at houses. Great person and will recommend her to all I know looking for a house

This was my first home-buying experience and working with Cara was awesome because she made the process very easy, stress-free, and seamless. She made sure all my questions were thoroughly answered and followed up on everything I asked of her. The relationship she had with the bank also made the financing go smoothly and painlessly. I’d recommend C21 and Cara to anyone!!

Cara is wonderful. I would recommend her to anyone! Caring and knowledgable. She goes the extra mile and then some!
