Cara Shields

Cara was exceptional with the sale of our home - from start to finish. The marketing of our property was second to none. The photos were incredible. Cara was available or ensured a colleague was for open houses, appointments, etc. I highly recommend Cara.

Cara Shields was responsive to our needs right from the start and all the way through until closing. She always got back to us with answers to our questions any time of day. Cara directed us through the entire process and was very clear letting us know what the next steps were. She communicated with the seller's agent and got our questions answered immediately. Our buying experience was flawless because of Cara's attention to detail.

Cara Shields is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in the Charlotte area. She points thing out that are often overlooked. She researches items of concern and responds in a very timely fashion. She provided resources to support every issue identified and most importantly, listened to my concerns and acted accordingly. She was everything I wanted in a buyer's agent.
