Carl Brinks is the best realtor I've ever worked with and I highly recommend him with no reservations! This is the second time I have used Carl as my realtor. He is very personable, professional, and very knowledgable about the real estate market in both Saginaw Township and in Essexvile. (Where each of the two houses were located.) More importantly, he makes sure that you understand the market you are selling in! He is very helpful with staging ideas and recommendations that will help your property to sell. Because I lived across the country from the house I was selling in Saginaw Township, communicaion was essential! In the 8 weeks it took to sell, I can say that there was only one time that I remember him not answering, and he was quick to return it. He even was out of the country for about 2 weeks, if he hadn't told me I wouldnt have known, communication continued without interuption. If your looking for a realtor that gets the job done well, Carl Brinks is your man!

Carl Brink did a great job helping me sell my home. Communication and timeliness was excellent!

Carl did a fantastic job with selling my home. If I ever had to sell another property or knew someone selling a property I would recommend Carl. He was very knowledgeable of his job, always answered my questions and a overall very polite, caring and supportive in helping me make choices and decisions.

Really did a fantastic job. Went above and beyond.. our car broke down on our way to the closing and he picked us up and even offered to drive us all the way back home downstate. Truly a great guy! Handled everything great! He explained everything very well, in a timely fashion and was just awesome
