Carl is as knowledgeable as any agent could be on home values and likely selling prices, but is able to be realistic about market conditions as they change. He is willing to be frank and honest about expectations without resorting to "blowing smoke up your skirt" to get the listing. In the event I need to sell and/or buy another property in the future, Carl is the only number I will call.

I am a disabled veteran with 3 teenagers at home, we had been leasing our current home for 14 years and was informed that our lease was expiring and had about 60 days to locate and move into a new house because our home was being placed onto the market well above our current price range.
