Carl was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the selling of my mothers' estate.

Carl Brink was the right choice for this project. Not every agent has the patience to work with property investors such as us, as the properties themselves can be difficult. Carl came through when we needed him. If we ever work in this area again, Carl is our go-to guy.

Carl is very understanding and patient!! He focused on my needs, opinions, and questions. Carl knows Real Estate and the Bay City, MI area very well!! I knew I was in good hands!! I would recommend Carl to anyone looking to buy a home! My overall experience with Carl was beyond Excellent!! Thank you Carl!!

Carl has excellent networking skills and quickly generated interest in our property. Carl posted 32 pictures of our home, yard and neighborhood...really showcasing the features of the home. Carl was always available to answer my questions. On the rare occasion that I had to leave a message, he returned my call within the hour. Our home sold and we closed within a month of the listing date.

Best agent I used to date!
