Let me start with this... Having a knowledgeable, experienced agent SHOULD be your top priority when selecting who to use. In a time where it seems like everyone is doing real estate you still need to sift thru to find someone who TRULY knows what is going on, how to write purchase agreements etc. to protect you. Carla is 100% this and more!! She had my property under contract within three days. She went above and beyond! After a buyer fault, the previous buyer fell thru. She was diligent to get it re-listed within MINUTES of finding this out. Within just a few days, we had another buyer.
