While I am particularly biased because Carla is my mother, I must say that that as my realtor, she paid extra close attention to what I wanted and treated me with the same respect and care as she would any other client. During the initial process I told her that I wanted to be seen, "not as her daughter, but as her client." She took the time to listen to what I wanted/needed from my first home and she lined up homes that were based on my "wishlist." My home-buying search took me outside the area that Carla is familiar with and she took time to look into neighborhoods, research the area and come up with several "perfect" locations for me. It truly shows how dedicated and genuine a real estate broker is when she is just as happy as you are when you sign for your first home- Carla is that genuine, dedicated broker. Carla also did a great job in helping us find contacts for our mortgage, insurance, and home inspection. She always had all her ducks in a row and many great reviewed resources on hand. If we had a question, she always had a thorough, thoughtful answer. It was great knowing she had our best interests with regards to every aspect of the home search. In addition, Carla did a great job helping us negotiate our offer. She is exceptionally trustworthy, and is frank about what offer might be the best route to go. Her sincerity and wealth of knowledge made securing our home much simpler! I have never had a more positive experience in business before, and always felt that we were a top priority to both Carla and Century 21 Breeden throughout this process. I truly can't say enough positive things about both Carla and Century 21 Breeden. I will never go anywhere else!
