Very patient and friendly to me and my wife, very helpful through the whole process and took the time to make sure I understood everything as I hadn't been through all of this since purchasing my first home 10 years ago. She didn't pressure us into anything and when we found a home we liked and it fell through, she never gave up on trying to help us find something my wife and I both agreed on. Carla was the best realtor, I had meet with several other before meeting with Carla, she was so accommodating, as I was a resident of Florida looking to relocate to Tennessee, so I wasn't always in Tennessee and she made time for me on my short spur of the moment trips in Tennessee to look at homes.
