Carlee Smith

She was the best real estate agent i have ever had the pleasure to work with. She was always available and her ability to find exactly what i was looking for was just above and beyond. She was able in some instances to know exactly how i would feel and ask the questions preemtively so as to have the answers i would request. Overall an amazing agent and would work with her anytime.

Carlee is not only a personal friend of ours, she's also someone we trust to sell our home! She was very knowledgeable and kept us in the loop with everything! Being out of state made selling a bit harder, but she was on top of everything and was able to manage any and all bumps in the road. I would recommend her to anyone in the Des Moines metro area!

Carlee was awesome. Worked around our night shift hours and was always prompt and thoughtful with messages and advice. We felt supported and cared about through our entire purchase process from Carlee.
