We could not have asked for a nicer, more knowledgeable realtor. Carlene Bax was extremely easy to work with, knew the area and process of selling and was wonderful in negotiating the price we wanted. I would highly recommend Carlene Bax for anyone looking to buy or sell property in the mid-Missouri area.

Carlene Bax is the best of the best! Her knowledge of the market and area, her warm personality, attention to every detail, and full support from start to finish are exceptional. She came highly recommended to us, and we are passing on that recommendation to anyone who wants the best experience possible in buying or selling.

Carlene is knowledgeable, friendly, engaging and knows her stuff! She communicated frequently, always explained things and had our interest at heart. She took the time to know us and what our housing needs were. We look forward to working with her on the sale of our old house.

Carlene, Thank you seems so simple, but you know I really mean it. Here are earlier comments: Have worked with Carlene several times since late 1990s. Always good experiences and results. Good realtor and has become a good/great friend. Would highly recommend Carlene to anyone, anytime. Sorry, but I can't find anything derogatory to complain about Carlene. It was a pleasure to have Carlene again as my realtor and another great experience of working together - good, easy, appropriate, quick, with excellent results. We briefly discussed sign in yard, placed on line; property showed 10-12 times; contract within 10 days; closed a week earlier than first scheduled; everything went as planned or better than expected. Thanks to Carlene! Carlene, thanks again. You and I both hope we don't have to go through this again, but if necessary, you are always it. Thanks for your work - and your friendship!!

Our list of property requirements was LONG. It wasn't about finding a property, it was about finding the RIGHT property. Living in the Kansas City area, Carlene assured us she'd only contact us if that property came along. The property she presented checked almost every box!! Carlene's guidance on our offer price was perfect! Not living locally, Carlene has been a great resource of recommendations for general home needs; locksmith, electrician, utilities hook up, etc. She knows her stuff!!! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home!

Carlene is always so patient and has her clients best interest in mind.

Carlene is amazing, as long as she is working I will never use another agent. She is the best in jc
