He was extremely patient with us and took the time to get to know us well so that he could find us the perfect house. In the end, we were very happy with our purchase. Carlin Koster came in prepared, had done the homework on my property, and the properties I was competing against. He could tell how my home stacked up against others in neighbourhood, and he was able to guide the process quickly in the beginning to ensure all things that needed my attention were attended to immediately. His preparedness made it possible to have the house sold 8 days after listing, and to have the conditions lifted in the middle of the following week. He is like-able, approachable and very personable to go with all the other positive attributes you would expect a professional realtor to have. The process was positive and awe-inspiring! He got the house visibility and made it his mission to sell it for us soon! I knew that we had done a good job on renovating my home, but I was a bit fearful of just what the sales process would turn out to be - time on the market, worry about pricing, etc, etc, etc. Why worry?! The sale was fast, we were well prepared in advance of the pressing deadlines, and Carlin worked to be the force that guided the transaction forward and got it completed. It was great teamwork!

He is good and i appreciate his patients and communication style. He reminds, and makes sure you clearly understand what is going on and he keeps you up to date. He prepares you ahead of any decision that can be taken and he listens. He is on top of things. He is available when you need him and he is respectful.
