Carlos Gutierrez + Ellen Berkman

Ellen and Carlos were exceptionally polite. The sale process was emotionally difficult for me. Ellen and Carlos were understanding and assured me the process would be smooth; and it was. Offers were pouring in within days of the listing. Within literally a week, the property was under contract! I would not hesitate to have both Ellen and Carlos handle my real estate needs in the future. They were both knowledgeable and professional throughout the sales process. I would without any hesitation or reservation recommend Ellen and Carlos for your real estate needs. They got me the highest dollar amount possible for the property they sold for me. Thank you Ellen and Carlos!!!

For me it's all about trust and relationship. We have successfully sold other properties with Carlos and Ellen previously. They are extremely professional and a pleasure to work with!

Ellen and Carlos were truly exceptional, and we cannot thank them enough. We were impressed with their level of knowledge of the area, as well as the current market and felt like we were in great/safe hands throughout the entire process. Their quality of service is top notch, and they look out for you and have your best interests at heart. Nothing was ever too big of an ask, and they always go that extra mile to deliver and their attention to detail and communication was absolutely superb! We were faced with some obstacles when purchasing our condo, but their promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset and kindness made what could have been potentially a chaotic process, very smooth and made it as enjoyable as possible! We honestly cannot think of a single thing to fault Ellen and Carlos on and will definitely be working with them again in the future and have already recommended them both to friends! We felt like we were working with great friends throughout the whole journey and will definitely be staying in contact with them both. Thank you, Carlos & Ellen!
