We have worked with other realtors in the past, and none of them were as honest, reliable, and easy to contact as Carol was. I am NOT a patient person, and I was extremely anxious throughout this entire process. I just knew I was going to drive Carol nuts with all of my questions and phone calls, but she remained so determined, patient, and kind throughout this process. She answered all of my questions; she was ALWAYS available; and she truly treated me in such a kind, helpful manner. Carol always advocated for our best interest. I can not say enough how thankful I was for her help throughout this stressful process. I had never sold a home before, so selling and buying in the same process was super stressful. But Carol knew exactly what she was doing, and she remained calm, informative, helpful, available, and knowledgeable throughout this entire process. I was never unable to contact her, and she always had an answer for my many, many questions. She totally and completely went over and above her call of duty to be sure that me and my family were taken care of.
