Carol Godfrey

The sale of my father's townhouse was emotional. It was a tough sale due to the age and condition of the property. Ms. Godfrey thoughtfully walked us through our options prior to the sale. Her attentivenes, guidance, communication and knowledge of the area were all greatly appreciated throughout the sale process. Our outcome exceeded expectaions. I highly recommend Ms. Godfrey to any future sellers/buyers in the area.

Carol was amazing to work with every step of the way. Could not have been happier. I would happily recommend her to everybody .
