Carol is so well known within our community that her reputation for success and professionalism proceeds her. She always follows up at every step of the way and She makes it easy to Complete each task. She’s really great at what she does.

I worked with both Carol and her daughter Lauren who worked with us every step of the way. She accommodated to our work schedule to meet us for house showings. Lauren is actually the person who found the townhouse that we ended up buying ! So kudos to both Carol and Lauren for being so intelligent , accommodating, helpful, flexible , communicative and transparent. They both told us even what flooring might work for our needs in the new place. I will definitely recommend these two to any person seeking a new home! Lauren was able to negotiate the price lower due to plumbing problems in the new house. We otherwise might have just accepted the offer the seller's gave us, but Carol and Lauren pushed for a little more to cover the potential cost of the repair. She was always timely, eager to assist us, and help us find a new home . When we felt discouraged, she was very helpful in getting us back on the horse and refocus. We needed to find a house by February, and she knew how to work within our timeline. Both these women go above and beyond the job description. Their friendly and knowledgeable disposition should be enough to have them find your new home . Thank you both for this beautiful house !!!!!!!!

Carol was on top of everything. So reassuring not to have to worry that something would slip through the cracks. She would anticipate potential issues and help steer through those. Helped me avoid what turned out to be the wrong purchase and later find the perfect one!

This is our second time using Century 21, specifically Carol Mundell. Carol's performance was outstanding. She went above and beyond with what we asked of her. The preparation, showing, negotiations and closing couldn't have been smoother. When issues presented themselves, Carol stepped in and took charge to ensure our best interests were taken care of. Carol's Teammate, Lauren, was just as friendly, helpful and knowledgeable as she was. Anytime Carol was not available, Lauren was, and it made the process relaxing and stress free. This Team is a match made in Realtor Heaven and couldn't have been better. We only wish we could use them with our new search and purchase, however, Carol did provided us with an Agent in the area we have moved to. Sure hope they are up for the challenge, because the have large shoes to fill after dealing with Team Mundell.

My overall experience was excellent. Carol Mundell was very patient and helpful in explaining all the processes of the house sale. I appreciated all the attention to detail that Carol provided. She was very hands on even before the sale started all the way to the end of the sale. Carol definitely eased stresses that came with selling my home. I recommend Carol Mundell to everyone trying to sell their home hassle free.
