Her sense of humor and no-nonsense approach were perfect for us. Carol made sure we understood the process and patiently and willingly explained some of the processes multiple times (we ask a lot of questions) to ensure we were ready to move forward. As an added bonus Carol introduced us to what I am sure will be one of our favorite restaurants for years to come.
