I have never sold a property before and she walked me through every step in legal language I could understand. Because this was a commercial property owned by my s-corp, there were many additional steps to be taken with the sale of the property. Carol navigated all of these steps. When she needed additional information, she was able to explain to me what was needed so that I could gather the information for her. She went beyond the norm in all areas to bring this sale to fruition. She, also. walked me through all the details of the closing and was with us throughout. I couldn't have asked for more.
