Carol Sunseri

We found Carol by chance when we moved to BCS in 2022 and had a wonderful experience buying our home. When it was time to sell, we asked Carol's help again and she again was great to work with. She met with us to set expectations and come up with a timeline for having the best success. From preparing the home for photos to the closing process, Carol made sure everything was perfect. Of course, the market is unpredictable so things didn't move as quickly as we hoped. But Carol was very proactive and helped us make the right decisions as the right time. She always requested feedback from other agents that showed our home so we could make changes if necessary. Carol's knowledge, however, was spot-on and we didn't have to make any changes. It was just a matter of waiting for the right buyer to come along. I don't plan to move again, but if I have the opportunity, I would definitely work with Carol again!

Carol did a great job with helping us to find a house within our budget range! She was great to work with, always very positive, and helped us through the home buying process since it was out first time.

We are beyond grateful for Carol Sunseri and everything she did to help us find our dream home. Since day one, she treated us like family, guided us through every step with patience and expertise, and always had our best interests at heart. Carol's dedication, kindness and professionalism made the entire process feel exciting and seamless. We couldn't have asked for a better advocate and will always appreciate the care and support she provided. What truly sets her apart is that her care didn't end at closing. Even after the purchase was complete, she continued to check in, follow up, and make sure we were settling in well. Highly recommend!
