Carol was incredibly helpful and kind throughout the entire process. She always took the time to answer my questions and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Her friendly and professional approach made buying a home a much easier and more enjoyable experience. I truly appreciate all her hard work and support!

Carol understood that I was a little picky about the type of home that I was interested in. She regularly sent me possibilities and in no way took it personally when I said no. I feel like I am more knowledgeable after working with Carol and am looking forward to doing so again in the future. No complaints, positive experience.

At first, I gave Carol a hard time just to see if she could keep up with my sarcasm — turns out, she’s just as quick with a comeback as she is at selling houses. Behind the humor, though, is one of the most dedicated professionals I’ve ever met. From the very beginning, Carol treated my home sale like it was her own. She was always available to answer questions, explained everything clearly, and made what can be a stressful process feel surprisingly easy. Her knowledge of the market and attention to detail were impressive, and it showed in the results — my home sold quickly and for a great price. In a world full of average, Carol truly stands out. If you want someone who’s sharp, dependable, and genuinely cares about getting you the best outcome, she’s the one.

Carol was very kind and willing to help with any questions. Highly recommend her to anyone.

I had a commercial property in very small community and anticipated it would be very difficult to sell. Carol had it very well represented in terms of media exposure as well as having a sign out front. It took a little longer than we both wanted but I was very pleased with the price and the overall sale in as much as the line of communication through Carol myself and the new buyers and the legal paper work being done in an expeditious way. I chose Carol because being local I've known her for several years and IMO she (inspite of the devastating events that she's had in her life) exemplifies a truly professional and friendly business attitude and is willing to go the extra mile to make the transaction go as smooth as possible

Very reliable, very helpful, and great at communicating

Carol Thomas-Schlee was very professional and respectful at all times. She worked hard to make the sale happen and we would definitely use Carol Thomas-Schlee again.

Carol was great to work with so much that i've enlisted her help on another property that I am selling.

Carol was a joy to work with and always made herself available and on top of every detail.
