We have enjoyed working with Carol Thomas. She is very wise on everything, very helpful, very patient and kind and goes the extra mile. We appreciate everything she did for us we will have her do more realty that we have coming up. We recommend her to everybody because she's just so good at what she does. She loves it and and it shows.

Carol Thomas does exemplary work. She is extremely knowledgeable of the community. I requested resources several times and she provided immediate referrals. She went above and beyond to make the process go smoothly. Carol is invested in the community and is a great ambassador for Strawberry Point community. I felt very welcome before I even moved to the community.

I knew and trusted Carol from being from Strawberry Point and figured she would know any local people looking for an acreage. She was very professional and kind and went above and beyond to try and sell it! A real sweetheart who was very genuine!! Being we had already moved she would go early and make sure everything was top notch and showable without me having to travel up there every time.
